Update on Capital Markets Day

 

Earlier in the year, the Board communicated its intent to share the Group's
medium-term strategic roadmap at a Capital Markets Day presentation on 7
September 2022.  This is an important communication as the business moves
beyond the challenges of recent years.  Our intent is that this roadmap is
set out in a context that allows current and potential investors to understand
the key priorities, milestones and medium-term vision for the business.
 Given the current economic uncertainty across all markets, the Board have
decided to delay timing of the presentation and will provide a further update
at our interim results on Thursday 22 September 2022.
