Safestyle UK plc, the leading retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors to the UK homeowner market, announces that it has been notified of the following dealings by Julia Porter, Non-Executive Director.
 
On 29 July 2019, Safestyle were notified that Julia Porter's managed fund had sold 11,309 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") held in Safestyle without her instruction. It is Julia's intention to repurchase the same amount of Ordinary Shares at the earliest opportunity.
