    Albania's top court gave the green light on Monday to a deal
letting Italy build migrant processing centres on Albanian
territory, a scheme that has faced criticism from opposition and
rights groups.

    ISTAT releases Q4 GDP flash data (0900 GMT) and December
producer prices data (1000 GMT).
    
    DEBT
    Treasury sells 3.0-3.5 billion euros 4.10% BTP bonds due
Feb. 1, 2029; 1.0-1.5 billion euros 4.35% BTP bonds due Nov. 1,
2033; 1.5-2.0 billion euros 3.35% BTP bonds due March 1, 2035;
1.5-2.0 billion euros CCTeu bonds due Oct. 15, 2031.
