UK's Inspecs closes higher as buyout proposals roll in

** Shares of eyewear provider Inspecs Group SPECI.L jump 18.5% to close at 48 pence

** Co gets two separate buyout proposals from H2 Equity Partners and a consortium comprising Risk Capital Partners and Ian Livingstone

** Italian eyewear maker Safilo Group SFLG.MI also proposes to acquire Inspecs' Eschenbach Group and BoDe businesses

** Both H2 and consortium have until November 20 to announce a firm intention to make offer or walk away

** Stock up 5.5% YTD
