Committee changes

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.6, the Board of Saga announces that, in
line with the continued simplification of our business model, the decision has
been made to merge the Audit and Risk Committees, with immediate effect.

The membership of the combined Audit and Risk Committee will be Gareth Hoskin
(Chair), Anand Aithal and Julie Hopes. Gemma Godfrey has stepped down as a
member of the Risk Committee.

There are no changes to the Innovation and Enterprise, Nomination or
Remuneration Committees.
