Committee changes

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.6, the Board of Saga announces that Gemma
Godfrey has been appointed Chair of the Remuneration Committee and the
Non-Executive Director nominated as the Board's 'People Champion', with
immediate effect.

 

In line with the continued simplification of our business model, the decision
has been made to disband the Innovation and Enterprise Committee, with
immediate effect. Previous members for this committee included Anand Aithal
(Chair), Roger De Haan, Gemma Godfrey and Gareth Hoskin.

 

There are no changes to the Audit and Risk, or Nomination, Committees.
