Directorate Change

The Board of Saga announces that Julie Hopes, Non-Executive Director since 1
October 2018, is stepping down from the Board with effect from today, to focus
on other opportunities.

Sir Roger De Haan, Non-Executive Chairman of Saga, said:

"I would like to thank Julie for the considerable contribution she has made
during her time on the Board. Her expertise in insurance and her wise counsel
have been invaluable to Saga over the past seven years."

The Board will review the composition of its committees and will announce any
changes in due course.
