at 150.8p, its level highest since Jan 30, 2024
    ** Stock top gainer on FTSE small cap index  .FTSC  
    ** Co says Belgian insurer Ageas  AGES.BR  in talks to buy
its insurance underwriting business for 67.5 mln pounds ($88.07
mln)
    ** Adds, talks include setting up 20-year partnership for
motor and home insurance with AGES
    ** Co posts 240% growth in HY PBT to 27.2 mln pounds; HY
underlying revenue grows 11%
    ** As of last close, SAGA stock down 14.3% YTD
