Adds news items, updates futures

Sept 24 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Wednesday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.14%.

* JD SPORTS: Britain's JD Sports Fashion JD.L reported a 13.5% fall in first-half profit, hit by weakness in its key U.S. market, and while it stuck to its full-year guidance, it flagged ongoing caution over the trading backdrop.

* BEAUTY TECH: UK's Beauty Tech IPO-BEAU.L said its parent Project Glow Topco's initial public offering price has been set at 251-291 pence per share.

* ON THE BEACH: On The Beach Group OTB.L forecast full-year adjusted pre-tax profit below market expectations and said it would wind down its loss-making B2B unit to focus on its consumer-facing unit.

* SAGA: Saga SAGA.L reported a 5% fall in first-half adjusted pretax profit due to financing costs.

* ENQUEST: EnQuest ENQ.L maintained its full-year production forecast after reporting a first-half loss after tax, partly hurt by Britain's windfall tax and declining output.

* GLENCORE: Zinc production at Peru's Antamina mine, controlled by Glencore GLEN.L and BHP BHP.AX, is expected to rise 67% this year, offsetting a 12% drop in copper output, an executive said.

* SHELL: Malaysian state energy firm Petronas said it remains committed to meeting its contractual obligations and maintaining reliable gas supply for buyers following a Court of Appeal ruling that favoured the firm in a dispute with Shell MDS (Malaysia).

        * OFGEM: Britain's energy regulator Ofgem will require all major suppliers to offer lower standing charge tariffs by the end of January 2026, it said.

        * UK PAY DEALS: Pay settlements granted by British employers held at 3% in the three months to August but many firms are now offering smaller rises in response to their higher labour costs, according to figures from data firm Brightmine.

        * COMMODITIES: Oil prices rose for a second day on Wednesday, gold held steady near record high and copper prices were little changed.
