Adds new items, updates futures
June 24 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Tuesday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.6%.
* ASTRAZENECA: AstraZeneca AZN.L said that U.S. regulators have approved its precision drug Datroway to treat a type of lung cancer, adding that the drugmaker would now pay partner Daiichi Sankyo 4568.T $45 million in milestone-related considerations.
* SAGA: British holiday group Saga SAGA.L said it was in final negotiations with NatWest NWG.L to offer a range of personal banking products, as the company's annual holiday bookings tracked ahead of last year, with booked revenue up 14%.
* STHREE: British recruiter SThree STEMS.L reported a 14% drop in net fees for the half-year period ended May 31.
* RIO TINTO: Australia's Rio Tinto RIO.AX, RIO.L and Hancock Prospecting will invest $1.61 billion to develop the Hope Downs 2 iron ore project.
* BP: BP BP.L, Eni ENI.MI and TotalEnergies TTEF.PA have begun evacuating foreign personnel from Iraqi oilfields where they operate, state-run Basra Oil Company said on Monday.
* IAG: IAG's ICAG.L Spanish airline Iberia said on Monday it was scrapping previous plans to resume flights to Doha on Tuesday.
* CMA: Britain's competition regulator on Tuesday said it was proposing to designate Google GOOGL.O with "strategic market status" to give it greater control over how the U.S. tech giant operates search services.
* DEFENCE: British Prime Minister Keir Starmer pledged on Monday to boost overall defence and security spending to 5% of economic output by 2035.
* COMMODITIES: Oil prices fell sharply to their lowest in more than a week, most metals on the London Metals Exchange and Shanghai Futures Exchange were rangebound, and gold prices fell to a near two-week low on Tuesday.
