The Sage Group plc ("the Company")
Additional Listing
An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 300,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading. The expected date of admission is 15 July 2016. 
250,000 shares will be issued pursuant to The Sage Group Savings-Related Share Option Plan and 50,000 shares will be issued pursuant to The Sage Group Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (Ireland).
They will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.
