The Sage Group plc ("the Company")
Additional Listing
An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 259,011 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading. The expected date of admission is 15 November 2016. 
175,000 shares will be issued pursuant to The Sage Group Savings-Related Share Option Plan and 84,011 shares will be issued pursuant to The Sage Group 1999 Executive Share Option Scheme.
They will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.
