An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 250,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading. The expected date of admission is 23 March 2018.
 
Block listed shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options under the following plans: 100,000 shares will be issued pursuant to The Sage Save and Share Plan, 100,000 shares will be issued pursuant to The Sage Group Savings-Related Share Option Plan, 25,000 shares will be issued pursuant to The Sage Group Savings-Related Share Option Plan (Germany Schedule) and 25,000 shares will be issued pursuant to The Sage Group plc Saving Related Share Option Scheme (Ireland).
 
They will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.
