Notification of directors' interests in shares
On 13 August 2014, Neil Berkett, who is director of The Sage Group plc, agreed:
(i) to sell 3,851 ordinary shares in The Sage Group plc held by Pershing Securities Limited as nominee for Neil Berkett pursuant to an investment account with Raymond James Investment Services Limited for a price per share of 3.893697; and 
(ii) to acquire an interest in 3,850 ordinary shares in The Sage Group plc for a price per share of 3.893697 to be held to held by Pershing Securities Limited as nominee pursuant to an ISA account with Raymond James Investment Services Limited.
