Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that on 18 February 2015 Pascal Houillon, a member of the Executive Committee of the Company, exercised the following options over 100,750 ordinary shares of 14/77pence each at the exercise prices set out below, under the terms of The Sage Group 1999 Executive Share Option Scheme:
80,000 at an exercise price per share of 206.00 pence
20,750 at an exercise price per share of 258.50 pence
Mr Houillon subsequently sold 100,750 ordinary shares on 18 February 2015, at a price of 464.26 penceper share. 
The Company has been notified that on 18 February 2015 Klaus-Michael Vogelberg, a member of the Executive Committee of the Company, exercised an option over 12,450 ordinary shares of 14/77pence each at the exercise price of 258.50 pence per share, under the terms of The Sage Group 1999 Executive Share Option Scheme.
Mr Vogelberg subsequently sold 9,560 ordinary shares on 18 February 2015, at a price of 464.26 penceper share. 
The Company has been notified that on 17 February 2015 Inna Kuznetsova, a non- executive director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company at a price of 468.50 pence per share.
