Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Connected Persons.
The Company hereby provides notification that it was informed on 9 September 2015 that on 9 September 2015, Brendan Flattery, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, transferred 40,896 ordinary shares of 1 4/77 pence in the Company to his wife, BJ Flattery, a connected person.
The ordinary shares were transferred by Brendan Flattery for nil consideration to BJ Flattery.
This announcement is made following notifications made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R.
The transfer was carried out in Newcastle.
