Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities 
This notification relates to transactions notified to the Company in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
The Company has been notified that on 14 December 2015, Ivan Epstein, a member of the Executive Committee of the Company, exercised the following options over 44,155 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each at the exercise prices set out below under the terms of The Sage Group 1999 Executive Share Option Scheme:
28,615 at an exercise price per ordinary share of 258.50 pence
15,540 at an exercise price per ordinary share of 270.00 pence
Mr Epstein subsequently sold 29,846 ordinary shares on 14 December 2015, at a price of 587.75 pence per ordinary share.
