Notification of directors' interests in shares
On 2 March 2016 the persons named below, who are directors and members of the executive committee of The Sage Group plc, were granted awards over ordinary shares in The Sage Group plc under the Sage Group plc 2015 Performance Share Plan. The maximum number of shares that may be acquired on the vesting of the award is specified opposite the participants' name. No price is payable either on the grant or vesting of an award. The awards will normally vest, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment, on 2 March 2019. Awards are subject to malus and clawback.
