Notification of Transactions of Person discharging managerial responsibilities
On 15 June 2016 the people named below, who are members of the executive committee of the Company, were granted awards over ordinary shares in the Company under the Sage Group plc 2015 Performance Share Plan. The maximum number of shares that may be acquired on the vesting of the award is specified opposite the participants' names. No price is payable either on the grant or vesting of an award. The award will normally vest, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment, on 2 March 2019. Awards are subject to malus and clawback.

Notification of Transactions of Person discharging managerial responsibilities
Also on 15 June 2016 Mr Santiago Solanas, a member of the executive committee of the Company became beneficially entitled to 3,216 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company under the Sage Group Performance Share Plan (the PSP), all of which were held in trust by Elian Employee Benefit Trustee Limited as trustee of the Sage Group plc Employee Benefit Trust (the Trustee). The Trustee will transfer the legal title to the ordinary shares to Mr Solanas (or as he may direct) in accordance with the rules of the PSP for no consideration. Under the rules of the Plan, no payment was made by Mr Solanas for the ordinary shares.
