Notification of directors' interests in shares
On 22 September 2016 the person named below, who is a member of the executive committee of The Sage Group plc, was granted an award over ordinary shares in The Sage Group plc under the Sage Group plc 2015 Performance Share Plan. The maximum number of shares that may be acquired on the vesting of the award is specified opposite the participant's name. No price is payable either on the grant or vesting of an award. The award will normally vest, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment, on 2 March 2019. Awards are subject to malus and clawback.
