On 13 December 2016 the Company was notified that on 13 December 2016 Klaus-Michael Vogelberg, a member of the Executive Committee of the Company, exercised an option over 18,511 ordinary shares of 14/77pence each at the exercise price of 270 pence per share, under the terms of The Sage Group 1999 Executive Share Option Scheme.
Mr Vogelberg subsequently sold 12,937 Ordinary shares on 13 December 2016, at a price of 632.07 pence per share.
