Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On the vesting of an award under the Sage Group Performance Share Plan (the PSP) on 20 January 2017, the following member of the executive committee of the Company became beneficially entitled to the number of ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company set out below, all of which were held in trust by Intertrust Employee Benefit Trustee Limited as trustee of the Sage Group plc Employee Benefit Trust (the Trustee). On 23 January 2017 the Company was notified that the following member of the executive committee disposed of the number of ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each set out below in respect of which the individual had become beneficially entitled under The Sage Group Performance Share Plan, at the price per ordinary share set out below, to cover tax obligations arising from the vesting.
