Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
On the vesting of share plan awards on 25 January 2018 the persons named below, who are Directors and/or members of the Executive Committee of The Sage Group plc., became beneficially entitled to the number of ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company set out below, all of which were either held in trust by Intertrust Employee Benefit Trustee Limited as trustee of The Sage Group plc Employee Benefit Trust (the Trustee) or satisfied with treasury shares. On 25 January 2018 the Company was notified that the following Directors and/or members of the Executive Committee of The Sage Group plc. disposed of the number of ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each set out below in respect of which the individual had become beneficially entitled to, at the price per ordinary share set out below, to cover tax obligations arising from the vesting.
