Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
On the vesting of a share plan award on 22 November 2018 Sanjay Almeida, who is a member of the Executive Committee of The Sage Group plc, became beneficially entitled to the number of ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company set out below, all of which were held in trust by Intertrust Employee Benefit Trustee Limited as trustee of The Sage Group plc Employee Benefit Trust.  On 22 November 2018 the Company was notified that Sanjay Almeida disposed of the number of ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each set out below in respect of which he become beneficially entitled to, at the price per ordinary share set out below, to cover tax obligations arising from the vesting.
