This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
The Company was notified that on 5 December 2018, Jonathan Howell, Non-executive Director and Chief Financial Officer elect, purchased 44,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company at a price of 591 pence per share.  Mr Howell's resultant shareholding after this transaction is 75,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each.
