The Sage Group plc. (the "Company")
 
 
Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
 
This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
 
On 28 February 2019 the persons named below, who are Executive Directors of The Sage Group plc., were granted awards over ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in The Sage Group plc. under The Sage Group plc. 2015 Performance Share Plan (PSP). The maximum number of shares that may be acquired on the vesting of the award is specified opposite each participant's name below. No price is payable on the grant or vesting of a PSP award. Awards will normally vest, subject to continued employment and performance conditions according to the schedule below. Awards are subject to malus and clawback.
 
The PSP awards will vest on 4 December 2021. A two year post vesting holding period will apply taking the release date to 4 December 2023.
