This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
On the vesting of share plan awards on 3 August 2019, the following persons named below, who are Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of The Sage Group plc., became beneficially entitled to the number of Ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company set out below, all of which have been transferred from shares held in Treasury.
