Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
Jonathan Howell, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company has notified the Company of the transfer of 34,660 Ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company from his Employee Share Account to his broker account. Jonathan Howell remains the beneficial owner of the shares.
 
Blair Crump, President and Director of the Company has also notified the Company of the transfer of 27,482 Ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company from his Employee Share Account to his broker account. Blair Crump remains the beneficial owner of the shares.
