Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities 
This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
On the vesting of The Sage Group Restricted Share Plan award on 13 December 2020, Aaron Harris, a member of the Executive Committee of Sage ("PDMR"), became beneficially entitled to 42,923 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage.
On 15 December 2020 Sage was notified that on 14 December 2020 the vested shares were transferred from shares held in Treasury and Aaron Harris disposed 12,179 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage in respect of which he had become beneficially entitled at the price of 581 pence per share to cover tax obligations arising from the vesting. 
The resultant shareholding after this transaction for Aaron Harris is 270,860 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage.
