Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Article
19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.

Sage was notified that on 7 June 2022, Lucinda Cowley, a Person Closely
Associated ("PCA") to Steve Hare, Chief Executive Officer and Director of
Sage, purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares of 1(4/77) pence each in Sage at a
price of £6.508 pence per share. The resultant shareholding after this
transaction for Lucinda Cowley is 20,000 Ordinary shares of 1(4/77) pence each
