Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Article
19(3) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.

On 23 June 2023, Walid Abu-Hadba purchased 500 ordinary shares of 1(4/77)
pence each in Sage, at a price of £8.71 per share.  On 26 June 2023, Walid
Abu-Hadba purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 1(4/77) pence each in Sage at a
price of £8.76 per share. These ordinary shares were acquired via ADRs issued
by Fidelity.  The purchases were made in US dollars with the price per share
given in this announcement in GBP as converted at the exchange rate on the
date of purchase.

On 26 June 2023, Walid Abu-Hadba also purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of
1(4/77) pence each in Sage at a price of £8.68 per share, which are held in
his broker account (held jointly with his PCA, Hala Rashid).

The resultant shareholding for Walid Abu-Hadba is 165,599 ordinary shares of
1(4/77) pence each in Sage.
