On 12 December 2023, Sage was notified that Vicki Bradin, who is a member of
the Sage Executive Leadership Team, sold 60,000 ordinary shares of 1(4/77)
pence each in Sage at a price of £11.9446 per share. Following this sale, the
resultant total shareholding of Vicki Bradin is 81,897 ordinary shares of
1(4/77) pence each in Sage.
