Investor and Analyst Event

The Sage Group plc will hold a webinar for investors and analysts on the Sage
Intacct business on Wednesday 23(rd) March 2022 at 16:00 GMT.

The webinar will include a presentation and Q&A discussion led by Steve
Hare, Chief Executive Officer, together with Aaron Harris, Chief Technology
Officer, Walid Abu-Hadba, Chief Product Officer and Dan Miller, EVP Sage
Intacct, and is expected to last for approximately 90 minutes. The webinar
will provide a deep dive into Sage Intacct and explain how it supports Sage's
strategy for growth.  No new material financial information will be provided.
