Investor and Analyst Event

The Sage Group plc will hold a webinar for investors and analysts on Sage's
third strategic priority, Building the Small Business Engine on Thursday
22(nd) September 2022 at 16:00 BST.

The webinar will include a presentation and Q&A discussion led by Steve
Hare, Chief Executive Officer, together with Walid Abu-Hadba, Chief Product
Officer, Neal Watkins, EVP Product - Accounting, Accountants, HR & Payroll
and James Ashford, VP GoProposal, and is expected to last for approximately 90
minutes. No new material financial information will be provided.
