The Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2016 were published on 14 December 2016.

The meeting place for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be North Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE13 9AA and the AGM will commence at 10.00am (GMT) on 28 February 2017.
