The Sage Group plc (the Company) 
 
The following amendment has been made to the announcement 'Director/PDMR
Shareholding' released on 26 January 2017 at 12:55 under RNS No 2290V: 
 
-     Resultant total shareholding now reads 78,024 not 63,024 as previously 
 
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below

The Company was notified that on 26 January 2017, Donald Brydon, Chairman of
the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the
