The Sage Group plc. announces that it has established a Euro Medium Term Note
Programme and that the following base prospectus has been approved by the
Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

£1,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme dated 31 January 2023
unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Sage Treasury Company Limited
