On 16 March 2026, Sage was notified that Amanda Cusdin, who is a member of the
Sage Executive Leadership Team and a PDMR, sold 36,000 ordinary shares of
1(4/77) pence each in Sage ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £8.3716 per
