The Sage Group plc (FTSE: SGE), a leader in accounting, financial, HR and
payroll technology for small and mid-sized businesses, announces that the
following base prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority
and is available for viewing:

Base Prospectus (the "Base Prospectus") for The Sage Group plc £1,500,000,000
Euro Medium Term Note Programme dated 5 February 2025 unconditionally and
irrevocably guaranteed by Sage Treasury Company Limited.
