The Sage Group plc (FTSE: SGE), a leader in accounting, financial, HR and
payroll technology for small and mid-sized businesses, announces that the
following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 3 March 2025 in respect of The Sage Group plc. £300,000,000
5.625 per cent. Notes due 5 March 2037 guaranteed by Sage Treasury Company
Limited issued under its £1,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
