This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On the vesting of an award under the Sage Group Performance Share Plan (thePSP) on 4 August 2017, the following members of the Executive Committee of the Company became beneficially entitled to the number of ordinary shares of14/77pence each in the Company set out below, all of which were held in trust by Intertrust Employee Benefit Trustee Limited as trustee of the Sage Group plc Employee Benefit Trust (theTrustee).On 4 August 2017 the Company was notified that the following members of the Executive Committee disposed of the number of ordinary shares of14/77pence eachset out below in respect of which the individual had become beneficially entitled under The Sage Group Performance Share Plan, at the price per ordinary share set out below, tocover tax obligations arising from the vesting.
