The Sage Group plc. (the Company)
Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with articles 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
On 7 December 2017 the persons named below, who are Directors and/or members of the Executive Committee of The Sage Group plc., were granted awards over ordinary shares of 14/77pence each in The Sage Group plc. under the Sage Group plc 2015 Performance Share Plan. The maximum number of shares that may be acquired on the vesting of the award is specified opposite each participant's name. No price is payable either on the grant or vesting of an award. The awards will normally vest, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment, on 7 December 2020. Awards made to Executive Directors (marked with an asterisk) are subject to an additional two year holding period and shares would therefore normally vest on 7 December 2022. Awards are subject to malus and clawback.
