The Company was notified that on 25 November 2019, Jonathan Howell, Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company at a price of 745 pence per share. The resultant shareholding after this transaction for Jonathan Howell is 129,660 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each.
