India's Saksoft set for best day in over a year on bonus issue

** Shares of Saksoft Ltd  SAKS.NS  jump 14%, set for their
best day since 26 April, 2023
    ** Technology services provider approved issue of one bonus
share for every four shares held
    ** SAKS also reported a near 2% year-on-year rise in Q1
profit 
    ** Co set to snap three session of losses where it dropped
around 10% 
    ** More than 2.7 mln shares traded, 8x their 30-day avg 
    ** Still, SAKS is down 5.5% YTD
