India's Saksoft surges on deal to acquire Augmento Labs

their steepest climb since April 25, 2023
    ** The technology services provider announced acquisition of
digital engineering co Augmento Labs for 1 billion rupees
($11.97 million)
    ** Co says acquisition will enhance its abilities in digital
engineering spectrum across our focus verticals
    ** Shares see busiest day since June 2023, with over 2 mln
shares traded
    ** Stock down 7% YTD, after four straight years of gains
