    POLITICS
    Italy impounded a rescue ship operated by a German NGO on
Wednesday, the third charity boat sequestered this week under
tough new migration rules introduced by the country's right-wing
government.
    
    DEBT
    Treasury announces sale of 6-month BOT bills, with relative
amounts to be auctioned on Aug. 29.
    
    COMPANIES
    SALCEF GROUP  SCFG.MI 
    The infrastructure group said on Wednesday that its unit
Salcef SpA had won a tender worth some 35 million euros ($38.00
million) issued by road-builder Anas, related to the 2025
Jubilee to in Rome.
