Appointment of CFO
Salt Lake Potash Limited (SO4 or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stuart Fraser as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Mr Fraser is an experienced energy services finance executive having spent the past 25 years living abroad in the USA, France, Switzerland, and Indonesia in senior finance roles, including 19 years in Schlumberger, the leading provider of technology and services to the energy industry.
Most recently, Mr Fraser was Chief Accounting Officer of Weatherford International, a leading wellbore and production energy solutions company with 17,000 employees and revenues of US$3.7bn. He also served as a Non-Executive Officer of Weatherford and on the Board of the Weatherford Foundation.
Mr Fraser will assume all responsibilities from Acting CFO Grant Coyle, who has accepted a role as Managing Director of a resources company.
