SALT LAKE POTASH LIMITED ISSUE OF PLACEMENT SHARES TO DIRECTORS
Salt Lake Potash Limited ("SO4" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has now completed the issue to Directors of 2,805,000 ordinary shares of the Company of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at A$0.35 per share, being Tranche 2 of the Placement originally announced on 24 May 2021, following shareholder approval at a General Meeting held on 13 July 2021.

Settlement and dealings
Application has been made to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") for the admission of the 2,805,000 Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with Admission expected to take place on or around 13 August 2021.
Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTRs), following Admission SO4 will have 816,475,721 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights attached. The Company holds no shares in treasury. This figure of 816,475,721 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the ASX Listing Rules or the DTRs.
