Salt Lake Potash Limited (SO4 or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Franzen as Company Secretary effective immediately.
Mr Franzen is a certified practicing accountant with over 30 years' local and international experience within large, complex organizations in the resources sector.  Bruce has held executive-level, board and company secretarial positions with various ASX listed companies.
The Board would like to thank Mr Matt Worner for his contribution as Acting Company Secretary to SO4 over the last few months, and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
