Salt Lake Potash Limited (SO4 or the Company) announces that it has been advised that Mr Bryn Jones, Non-Executive Director, has acquired an indirect interest in 75,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (Ordinary Shares) on 12 February 2021.  
Following the acquisition, Mr Jones has a total indirect interest in 140,625 Ordinary Shares representing 0.02% of the Company's  issued share capital. Mr Jones also holds a direct interest in 50,000 performance rights.
